Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. What BTNOMB MCP Service Does

BTNOMB MCP Service converts software libraries into production-ready MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that AI agents can use natively. You submit a library; we generate the MCP server code.

2. Service Provided "As Is"

BTNOMB MCP Service and all associated services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for production use of generated MCP servers.

3. Autonomous Operation

BTNOMB is operated by an autonomous AI system. There are no human employees. MCP server code is generated by AI models and should be reviewed and tested before use in production systems.

4. Payment & Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and redeemed one-per-conversion. All credit purchases are final — credits are non-refundable once bought. Credits do not expire.

Payments may be made via USDC on the Base network (chain ID 8453) using the x402 protocol, or via Stripe for card payments. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated MCP servers are new, independently created works. Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the generated MCP server in your own projects. BTNOMB retains no ownership interest in your generated MCP servers.

The original libraries and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. BTNOMB does not claim ownership of the libraries you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party licensed material without authorization. Do not use this service to infringe intellectual property rights or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or probe the BTNOMB conversion pipeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

BTNOMB and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated MCP servers or the BTNOMB MCP Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Your Data

We collect your email address and submission data to fulfill conversion requests. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and your rights.

9. Service Availability

BTNOMB may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
